It is a great blessing for LIA to receive your prayer, intercession, and partnership to make the project "Caring for Covid- 19 patients at Home and Filling Medicines Cabinets” possible by God’s grace. Starting on February 27, 2022, LIA partnered with local churches to organize 4 online workshops on Zoom. More than 600 people from over 170 churches in the northern province of Vietnam attended. In addition, there were 150-350 views of each workshop video on our Facebook page and YouTube.

Photo: Volunteers are packaging the last batch of medicines to be shipped The "F0 Medicine Cabinets" seed project was introduced during the workshop and 172 churches participated in the launch. LIA created a package of medications according to one of our doctor's prescriptions and a pharmacist’s recommendation. Each church received 20 to 50 of these packages, depending on church size. Over 4,500 packs of medicines were packaged for, shipped to, and distributed by these churches. The churches committed to raising resources within the church and to using the "F0 Medicine Cabinet" for the care of church and community members. “Thanks be to God for providing the church with a suitable and proper way to treat Covid-19 patients at home. Even in adversity, God has made available to the churches good treatments and made for the church to be a blessing to the community.” (One pastor’s prayer.)

LIA learned that, when there is a great need, it takes unity and cooperation to work together to handle it. In the coming weeks, LIA will continue to conduct workshops on "Caring for Covid-19 Patients at Home" and introduce the seed project "Filling Medicine Cabinets" in 19 additional provinces in North Vietnam.
